aiyo don't paint my name ler.. what i do usually for new motor i clean with contact cleaner first.. this is to clean of any factory grease inside.. let it dry then put lube of your choice.. run with low powered batt for five minutes (this is the process to shape the carbon brush inside) sometimes i use fresh batt straight away but depend on your luck the carbon might break and resulting vibration in motor.. after u feel the rotation is smooth with no vibration u can use new and fresh batt to further break in the rotating parts of the motor.. batt i use IKEA alkalisk batt and i use 4 batt 
there is more sifu out there lol.. i just started back this hobby 1 month ++ this also because i have no remote to play my RC.. send it for RMA and they said 6 month to repair.. WTF

Didn't manage to qualify because TTB is 18.11s.. after further post mortem my car I forgot that im using new 830 without any treatment.. haih.. its a major disadvantage for me.. my frp didn't make it as it crash last night with a 3mm HG road warrior.. and the frp car has the better 830 which I forgot to swap it with my other car..

1) this one is personal preferences to me.. some say direct bearing is the fastest compare to rollers with bearing.. but if i remember correctly the diff sizes of roller give you the freedom of configuring your setup ie. wider roller at front & narrow at rear and vice versa.. each have its own advantages..

2) thin tyres tend not to bounce more than standard tyre..
you only left 2 more rollers to put at rear.. let me know the results of this setting..

and make sure u follow the official guidelines.. those 13mm roller should be on the second hole from outside iinm..
