How about Win Gard? A lot of dealers seem to be recommending this. Is it good?

Yup Win Gard is awesome...

I'm still deciding between Regal and Royale. I know Royale is more towards blue but i'm not too sure about Regal.

QUOTE(jackbanner @ Dec 27 2013, 12:35 PM)
I've been using vkool for the past 18 years.
Good about vkool: high heat resistant. One of the best. You dont feel the heat biting your skin.

Bad thing about vkool: After certain period of time, the colour of the tint changes, to the extent that it effect the visibility.

But I like the heat resistant so I tinted my newly bought car windows with vkool last september.
Is there any better car tint in the market?
Answer: I dont know, I have never tried anything else and I dont want to take the risk (of not getting good heat resistant tint) so I used what I knew/have experience with.

Well another thing i can add about vkool, it's starts to peel after 8 years. My dad's car side windows were bad and each side costed Rm440 to replace rclxub.gif

With air cool i see 3 tiny bubbles on my rear windscreen after 8 years also.

My sister's swift came with a security tint (part of the premium package with body kit, spoiler and leather seats) and that seems good. I'm not too sure what brand is that but it's good in terms of rejecting the heat.

Hi, my car tint is about 14 years now and it's Vkool (highest grade at that time). I remember the side glasses tint costed RM400+ per side when it was changed 8 years ago. Main windscreen was changed about 8 years ago when there was a crack on the windscreen together with the tint.

My front side glasses tint are peeling but the other windows are not that clear especially the rear windscreen. It seems quite expensive to replace individually so i was thinking of replacing the whole car tint. Any decent tint brands that i can put with the range of RM1k-RM1.5k?

Just wondering, my car's V kool elite tint is already quite old and the driver's side window tint is peeling off slightly. I know one window costed about RM400+ a few years back (front 2 windows tint were changed in 2011 because the tint was coming out). Is it a good option to just change that 1 window to the same tint or re-tint the whole car with a cheaper tint? Car is already 14 year now.

Are there good tints that can last for about 5 years priced about Rm1k? My car tint is getting old now and it needs to be changed.

Hi, i'm looking to replace my old tint, it's currently V kool Elite and it's more than 10 years. Car is getting old so i'm looking for something around Rm1k to replace it. Any recommended brands within this range with good quality and warranty?

Anyone has used canny cool tint for more than 5 years? Is it good? Need to redo my tint, the old one is peeling already (V kool) after 10 years.

Any other good tint shops around Subang Jaya too? I want to check the range of tints before deciding especially on the quality and warranty.
