The one quoted by Raytech is :-
(1) Windscreen F70 - VLT(72%), TSER(46%), IRR(75%)
(2) All other windows FC 55 (I requested all same instead of having it darker in the back windows) - VLT(58%), TSER(50%), IRR(75%)
After going through a lot of specs for different brands on the net, it seems for front windscreen of min. VLT70%, the TSER would be around 45%-60% max, a difference of 10-15% for low to high grade. For IRR, my guess is I would have less issue with wireless devices (smarttag & access cards) with something around 70%, right? Afterall, the car is air-conditioned, so that TSER difference of 10-15% probably won't make that much of a difference. In fact, I have been driving an accord for the last 10 years WITHOUT any aftermarket tinting (I don't think it is factory pre-tinted), and I had no problem with sweat!
Anyway, I am just checking around making sure there is no major issues with Raytech, otherwise I can go with Ecotint (presumably no major issues too as I believe it is very widely used right?).
But one thing since sanakim mentioned the deterioration of heat rejection, Raytech 's warranty covers a 30% degrade, not 10% as mentioned covered by 3M. So I suppose that's why Raytech is cheaper, although I feel that's something I can bare with. Further more, if I look at Honda's official tint package "3M Horizon Safety", it actually comes with a front windscreen tint of TSER 25%!!!! 25%? 3M? The lowest grade I guess.
Oh btw, for 3M authorized dealer, other than the one listed on 3M website in Anson Road Penang, is there any other shop on PG island? I don't mind exploring more options as long as it doesn't require more money.

I don't know about Raytech's full list of products but here's 3M Crystalline numbers CR70: TSER 50% and IRR 97% and 3M CR60 TSER 53% and IRR 97%. This means ~3-4% TSER lower and ~20% lower IRR.
If you OK with slightly lower TSER, then choose whichever is cheapest Good luck!
