QUOTE(gus_fring @ Jun 7 2018, 07:37 PM) Thanks for the clarification on the UV. wellThanks for this. I'm not really a fan of darker tints so I'm trying to do the basic level to reduce the heat in the cabin while parked in the sun. as said 30 is not that dark the issue with rear ws and rear windows @ 30 is the mismatching when look from the side so a lot of ppl would opt to have illegal front side windows and legal rear side windows @~40vlt My cheese previously was that at ~10ish I will feel the heat more than when I drive at noon, since the car is still new and coping with the heat so the heat does reduce if you reduce the potential areas that IR light waves entering the car in a parked car, tint can help you so far as the whole car is slowly absorbing the heat tint mainly slow down the directness of heat from the sun, in the form of IR rays easily penetrate the windows the roof, and other place that light cannot penetrates, will just reflect some - absorb some of the energy converted from the suns' ray overtime the absorb energy in the form of heat will still dissipate through out the car |

those with bubbles at the rear windscreen
most of the time pple say it is due to cheap film well in part to properly apply, you need to really press out all the air bad films might be bad adhesive but also the quality of the film limits to how hard you scrape the file cheap films will tear if worked too hard thus end product are filled with micro air bubbles trapped between the film and glass when it dries out and sticked properly the bubbles will expand and show up you see a lot at the rear due to the problem of removing the film might affect the de-mister lines, as well as nowadays, radio antennas line. so you end up catch 22 change, might break the lines no change, bubbles galore go for reputable sifus atleast or go for reputable brands |
