Thinking of tinting my car as the original tint from my proton inspira already has bubbles.
My question is i went to a shop and they said that they can remove the rear tint but cannot maintain the rear de mister on the rear window??
Is it true??

QUOTE(lonely143 @ Mar 13 2016, 12:19 AM) It always happen when owner install with low grade windows film especially those infra red film. I guess the factory window tint has to be pretty lousy since i never tint the car.it is the factory tint.Well back to your question, its always 50% vs 50% chances. There are 2 process might cause the demister line to peel off from rear windscreen. 1. During the removal. 2. After removal, the cleaning process with shampoo. Anyways, if you have cover with insurance then it should be ok to replace the rear windscreen in case the demister is spoiled. Do PM me if you want to know more details. Also,i tot insurance cover for windscreen and not the rear glass?? |
