If money no objection for your car which brand and type would you recommend and what's the reason? My main goal is purely to reduce heat and could last longer, I use 3M but feels like not very good now after 5 years and thinking to upgrade/change my existing window film.

QUOTE(Zot @ May 3 2023, 04:12 PM) I can tell you that any brand will not last even 5 years even with guarantee for 10 years. The warranty is not on the ability to block the heat transmission but on bubbling, de lamination, whatever ... which they did not really tell you The cheap one may last around 1 year or so. The good one may have lasting effect for 3 years or so but you did not really feel when it start to deteriorate because your body adapt to deterioration gradually. So, it is your choice whether to use cheaper one and change every year or to use more expensive one and change every 3 years. This is my opinion If cheap one around 900++ and expensive one is around 3k I'm ok to spend that much money for the convinient reason alone. But for premium brand which one would you recommend? V-Kool/other brand?
