Did anyone just don't bother about JPJ postponement of the new tint rules to May 2015, and go ahead with putting the 30% VLT tints at the rear windows?

Anyone knows if the 3M shops here in KL sell the Crystalline 90 series?
Reason is because i want to put another layer on my driver window with the highest VLT. I am currently using Llumar T4-50.. i think in terms of heat rejection, can't compare with the 3M Crystalline i used previously... still damn hot |
