Hi guys, I noticed a 2 inches long scratch and dirt bubble on tint of car car after 1 week. It's a 3M film, can I claim it in any 3M outlet?

SA help me tint 3M before collecting my car, did not produce name any document when I collected my car. Says I'll get a warranty card mailed to my address in a few weeks, i've not receive anything yet after 2 weeks. Is this how the procedure goes? I need to retint passenger windows cause of dirt bubble and scratch too, can I get warranty in any 3M authorised workshop?
