Now that the ruling allows for 0% for rear glass. Is there a reputable brand of tint that offers 0% VLT??
Btw, is it possible to add another layer of tint onto existing tint? |

For d segment sedan.
3M vs LLumar different a lot in terms of price? Roughly about how much ya? I just know 3M is about 2.5k. (Lets say I take highest grade film for both brand.) Thanks. |
