Disappointed with Raytech customer service. I dont understand their business module, based on my experience they treat car sales person better than customer. Seriously although they are the main source of customer but
please dont treat ur customer like a FOOL.
As a happy customer of Raytech ( i tint my kia at the same branch 14 month ago), I walk in yesterday afternoon to ask for tint quotation for my new Serena, they offer me a price that is sky high price which is much more expensive than Vkool, 3M and Illumar.
Instead of giving me a reasonable price to a repeating customer, keep asking me is there any voucher from car dealer. Even after told her that my car dealer dont wan to earn the commission/referral fees and ask me to go direct to tinting company.
Been offered 4xxx for RX series for Serena, after i told her that is even higher than quotation i get from Vkool, 3M & Illumar with the similar spec, she take me to a test machine to show me the heat rejection rate of 3M & Vkool using the sample.
The price different is more than 1k compare to top range vkool and 3M product.
After tell her that RM4XXX quotation is like forcing me to get 3M or Vkool, she say u drive your car here then we can give better rate.
As im getting my car by next week, i would like to gather all quotation and make decision so that when my car is ready i can send for tinting, if i can only get a reasonable quotation after showing them my car, is that mean i have to drive my car to vkool and 3M or only RAYTECH with such ridicules SOP for their existing customer.
At last she get my number and say her manager will contact me soon to offer me a better price. As at now still no call from Raytech, be it the manager or Lord Gitsy(PM for quotation but didn give quotation and ask for my number). You are like pushing your customer away.
yeah, i've read a few reviews here regarding new car, if i were in your shoes i will be pissed as well when they ask me whether do i have vouchers or who is my sales rep.
but i understand in a business position they are regarding when salesman bring car and direct owner but i will still be a bit uneasy over it ...
Lord Gitsy asked for my number and we communicated via whatsapp instead, in the end he delivered what i wanted and so far i've no complains ...
