Going to buy Honda City.

If in house, Ecotint better than 3M?

Considering:

1. Ecotint-Ray Barrier 4+ rm1666 (Honda Authorised)
    VLT ??, IRR ??, TSER 60
or

2. Raytech FX rm1400 (Sales said is Honda Panel)
    VLT 58, IRR 75, TSER 48
or

3. Raytech MX rm2200
    VLT 59, IRR 85, TSER 56

Seems RB TSER higher and cheaper compare to RTmx..
But Ecotint RB i searched online no details for the VLT and IRR at all. Anyone know?

Although one site said it is from Sumitomo.. I searched Japan official web also no such product..

Main concern: UV, Heat, Security.
Budget: rm1500-2000.

Also, some sales said do at panel won't void the related parts warranty (eg, the window, the door) and definitely won't void the engine warranty. Is it true??

3M crystalline is it ceramic tint? Saw the spec sheet got layer of nano particle. Is the heat rejection as good as vkool elite?

Too expensive. Already asked last time, unless my car is S Class then will do this

Im a buyer, im dont need to know about the ir meter price etc. As long as the tint can give good spec, perform well under hot sun, im buying it.

So dont have idea why certain brand about 30% more premium than top spec branded with fancy showroom and all with Lamborghini model car. Do i need to pay for the fancy showroom as well?

I think vcool will have problem with GPS / signal waze right? Due to its metal base tint...

3M only have problem with smart tag (but it can be solve, just ask the installer for the method). No problem for GPS /waze/ phone signal for 3M

Im just curious, which 3M model having smartag issue?

I have had VKool before and using Smart Tag need to go through very slow. I cannot recall what series. Many year ago. Maybe new one no problem anymore.

The problem is many get stuck just because a bit fast and start fuming others at the back. TnG mush faster 

Many just to lazy to roll down window and jut the Tag out 

I dont agree access card thur guardhouse using rfid.
Cctv cam cant capture driver face.
Its a chance for theif to enter easily.

Would like to change my 10 year old car's FWS only, starting to have blurry/hazy lines.
Currently having full car VKool but don't think I wanna spend too much for a car FWS that I am going to use for another 1-2 years max.

Hey guys. Any recommendation for tinting and coating in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah for my coming soon X70? 

1) Already surveyed Raytech but after reading some comments here, I was thinking of getting other brands. Other than that how is their Radium Q3 coating quality?

2) There is a shop providing LLumar and another shop called Tint-Shop providing V-Kool. But I havent seen their price list yet. Are these two better than Raytech and can provide better value for money?

3) Not sure if anyone selling 3M tint here. Couldnt find any info in google or fb.

4) There is another shop call Ceramic Pro GT i think providing coating service. Anyone has experience with them?

I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks guys

2013 high spec tint at canny cool subang SS15 RM1100

Site windows all working fine with good heat rejection but the only issue i facing was the back wind screen degraded and become blur vision !!!!!

Let say if i going to change a new car for next year, it is worth to go for 3M for more durable & quality + heat rejection ? Thanks

Looking for front windshield tint currently using  3m C70 Every 2 years I change tint  1st  time because glass broke by rock ...2nd warranty claim for tint because c70 become blur... now the 3rd time time is kena rock again....  so any 3M dealer has offer just front windshield(C70 or C60).  Last I do 600 just front for city.

Front 3 windows means FWS and 2 front side windows on 50% VLT?

2% VLT for back 2 windows and RWS? wow... not dark ka?

I'm thinking of FWS and RWS 70% VLT and all other four windows 40% VLT... will this spec have abit of privacy? Actually I'm not looking at spec where ppl outside completely cannot see inside, but just abit of darker and blur so outside not so easy see inside is who only...

Any idea why my smart tag couldnt be detected even after i cut a hole off the window tint at top right side of the ws? IRR is high at 90+% but i already make a hole. still couldnt detect
Have to wind down window to go thru smart tag.
