There are plenty of tint job costing <RM400. You can walk in any shop to ask.
Don't be foolish to pay > RM1500 for a tint job, because the films are all the same and you are just paying for the brand.
These cheap tint films do not discolour, do not peel off, do not cause orange peel effect, and they last as long, if not longer than those expensive films. So, you need not worry about poor driving visibility when the other tint films start to spoil.
    Also, these cheap films really have good IRR.

I would like to remove only the 2nd layer tint, which is the outer tint only.
Is it doable?

I plan to remove the 2nd layer tint then reinstall a darker 2nd-layer tint.

Aiming for 95% darkness, 5% VLT

Hi guy, quick question.. My car ald tinted wit Raytech bt somehow i still feel kinda hot during noon time drive. If I apply another layer of tint (those cheap one) will it help on heat rejection ?

Not discolor, but shrunk at all four sides. Then you see it is wavy and vision become not clear.

It's physics. But I suppose there's a difference in clarity between good films and cap ayam for the same darkness.

Should i go for 3M or llumar or vkool or xpel ?

Hi, anyone here has any information/experience using a tinting brand called Vessolar? I think it's a house-brand by Llumar.

It's recommended by my SA, but I couldn't find any reviews on the reliability of this brand. The tinting is not cheap (around RM1600 after discount and vouchers). At this price range, should I go with the other common branded tinting instead?

I have a  Mazda CX5, wanna check rgd Vkool Elite for FWS only, is it smart tag, Gps and RFID friendly? I was told by my car dealer who quoted me price of 1400 (FWS) that Vkool Elite made by China now has lesser metal inside hence confirmed is smart tag (new) and gps friendly. Is this the case?

As I read many posts on LYN that Vkool Elite blocks a decent amount of heat so I'm seriously considering it for my car FWS (other windows leave as default skytint from Mazda).
