About the door lock, I am still not very understand what you are saying. So far I dont find any mysterious noise with my doors, or maybe my ignorance level quite high

I dont find any of my brake caliper turning yellow. But the 2 front wheels are know to have more brake dust due to the ceramic brake pads.

This is not a problem but a built in safety feature. Once the engine is started,brake pedal must be pressed before selection of gear. If this is not done the brakes lock is not released and the car does not move. The lock can be forced release by pressing the accelerator.

The forced release condition will be accompanied with a loud sound and message in the multifunction screen. 

The forced release condition is also a built in feature in case there is a failure of brake pedal pressed signal. The failure of this signal can render your car unmovable. By pressing the accelerator you are overcoming the brakes hold.

I tried just now, can't even shift gear if not stepping on the brake.
Wonder how you shift gear from "P" to "R" without applying brake.

Believe you mean this:
1) Car wash, and dried
2) Start car, step on brake
3) Shift to "R", release handbrake
4) Release brake pedal
5) Heard a "BANG" sound

This does happen to mine also, no matter I shift to "D" or "R", release the brake den will hear a sound "kong" from the brake. Only happen after car wash. But I think this is normal, somethg happened to the brake pad 

Any sifu can explain?

I think you have a problem. Washed my car yesterday. Left it at that spot till this morning. Around 11am today,reversed the car without any sound.

Yes sprayed and washed all rims. Didn't use any cleaner only water. left the car at the spot till next am.

With your car, the problem may be a defective gearbox sensor!

May not be that serious. No point speculating to get everyone tensed. Ok update us, what exactly is the problem.  The alert is good as it will gives others with the problem a chance to get a fix.

Finally, after sending in my car to Glenmarie many times due to tyres losing pressure, they said they have found the problem to be with the valves. I already asked them to change the valve before but they refused. Now they have hired a tyre expert in house to find the problem.

SA called me and say hv to charge me together with changing "tube"? I am also not quite clear, will find out more today.

I had the problem since day 1, but only complaint officially during 2500km inspection. Now my mileage is 5000km. Anyone knows if I should be charged for this?

I am also replacing the third brake light plastic mount that's melted, under warranty, no cost. SA says warranty for the plastic runs for 5 years. True? So every 6 mths I can change the plastic?

regarding the hon, i hv checked with the SC, they said the hon hv high pitch and low pitch sound. my high pitch hon gone. they will replace it on my next visit...

Tomorrow checklist :

-Brake issue
They service brake only (did cleaning on brake pad). Still monitor it currently. FYI, In China, many 408 user also have similar problem. Finding is water caused layer of rust between brake pad and disc brake after couple of time so when car start moving, friction will happened and then we hear that noise.     
-front passenger door stepper have rattle noise, like ti-tok-ti-tok when opening or closing
After checked, confirm limit door arm loose, tighten it and problem solved.
-front have rattle noise when on the rough road, don't know where it come from.
After checked, SA told me that one of the screw in the windows loose, they already tighten it. But rattle noise still there.
-rear have rattle noise when on the rough road, don't know where it come from.
SA said check already but rattle noise still there. End up, I check it by self, rattle noise are came from plastic cover of 3rd brake light. I dismantle it and then put some electrical masking tape around the cover to avoid plastic contact to plastic. So far no rattle noise anymore. Will continue monitor it...
-when closing the door, rear boot have noise, sound like "bo" (maybe pressure).
SA said check already but problem still there.
-driver seat problem. maybe screw losing

-one of the plastic not proper installed, misalignment (between rear seat and door) i think clip already broken.
