Finally, my engine mounting has arrived. After so many months.

Clic says the service manager will call for appointment, but seems like no call from him yet. =.=

Well, I tried follow up with this warranty claim by myself and I always dont get update from the SC.
Yesterday I send email to Clic, today the Service Manager replied to Clic said that the parts have arrived today.
So I believe the stress level is applied, they work more serious now

yup. the right people to liaise with if you don't get answers from the SC is clic. just drop them a note or call them at the toll free number. also make sure to remember the name of the officer helping you. easier to contact next time.

they work office hours only so after 6, that toll free number cuts over to the towing line and they're only good if you need towing. for case follow up, it is 8.30am to 6pm.

LOL, I am very polite to clic. Even greet them "have a good day".

I just did my alignment and balancing at Lim Tayar. Coz i want to solve the "pull left" issue. They told me something which i never knew. They say they rear tyres cannot be align. As it is "locked dead". If want to do alignment, they need to use a pump to bend and align it. They didnt do it coz they worry will affect warranty. So they only adjust the front.

What in the world are they talking about? Sorry if my explanation is bad. I just translate what ever they say in cantonese. LOL.

So if ask them to proceed to do it, using whatever pump they are talking about, will it void my warranty???

Did anyone here do the rear alignment?? Please advise.

Anyone try connect Iphone5 having prob with 408?
When i connected its establish connection for while and disconnect immediately.
it keeps continues same process again and again.

any suggestion ?

How do we know if the brake pad or disc needs changing, is there any symptom ka?

Hey guys, I'm about to have my 408T delivered in a bit. However, I'm not really fond of the body kit that they provide with the new models. I know it's not a big deal, but it does bother me from an aesthetic point of view. I'm wondering if anyone has removed it, or managed to get it removed by the dealer?

For reference, I'm talking about the black coloured rubbery kit as pictured below:
