i doubt u know how to perform heel toe and what it's for when u said that.
heel toe mainly for smooth out car transition, because when u downshift on high rpm, if u dont perform rev matching the car will jerk badly, and it will harm your tranny's synchro also.

so u tell me how heel toe technique can make your car faster??
