QUOTE(g88 @ Jan 29 2014, 03:00 PM) I would prefer beading more than swirl free since daily use car / weekly wash car somewhat will DEFINITELY have swirl come back in time from wash and drying....not possible to keep 100% swirl free... agreed on the idea, but am working on my dad's at-most-monthly-car lol.

QUOTE(Quazacolt @ Feb 1 2014, 02:49 PM) 1) as I separated my session across few days, in addition to compound /polishing dusts, I prefer to clean up the surface before proceed so I can spot defects easier and not mistaken it for before mentioned dusts /dirt. Not to mention as its cny, neighbors setting off fireworks /crackers really dirty up the car and I don't want to wash it up again 2) mild polishing on the glass surface, better rain x adhesion 3) for cutting /correction, I stuck with the Bigfoot provided pads (2 of them, mild and fine (green /yellow respectively) @1 < good point wor thanks @2 < lol. now i know =P @3 < ic :3

QUOTE(CoffeeDude @ Feb 2 2014, 01:19 PM) I don't consider spray waxes as proper waxes. I just see them as gloss enhancers like quick detailers. =.= sorry bro, read wrongly lol tot u asking durability of UQD chiilax

[attachmentid=3838249] Is it good ? I read at the back said no need to rinse, just wipe dry in section ? not sure, never use that lol. after u wash with it, i think shud be rinsed. try la =P

QUOTE(windskill @ Feb 2 2014, 06:02 PM) For tire protectant (eg: Meguiars Endurance Gel, etc.), will the tire crack if the product is applied frequently? Someone quoted: "Well silicone acutally makes the product easy to spread, it's a necessary ingredient. Our Endurance isn't silicone based making it safe. I can guarantee our Gold Class Endurance Tire Gel will not dry or crack your tires. I've used it for years and never encountered any issues. The Gold Class Endurance Tire Gel actually has antiozonants to prevent your tire from cracking and drying. It's the only tire product we offer that replenishes the antiozonants your tires lost (the stuff that makes your tires look brown if not protected)." - from herethink should be ok gua crack jor let us know ba haha

> But the only reason I am using Meguiar's tyre gel is because I have bunch of them which I got it during sale. I actually just want the Meguiar's shampoo but the discount is better if buy together with the gel so I get it too. LOL LOL welcome another uncle regarding the tyre age prematurely due to tyre's dressing, afaik it's the 'silicone' that do the harm. am personally using mothers' back-to-black tyre shine, but i do not know if it's safe LOL. hopefully sifu-sifu here can guide us to the light force.

QUOTE(scoutfai @ Feb 3 2014, 08:35 PM) Hi there, thanks for the greeting. I have been surfing here for many years but I am always a silence reader. Now CNY too free to surface a few replies. Agree with your concern but I think no need over worry. People who sends to road side wash using unknown cap ayam tire dressing also do not complain any cracking I do not think people like us who use established brand product will get our ass kicked faster than them. it depends on the usage of the car, imo, ppl normally change tyre in 2 yrs time, am guessing they won't have the chance to notice aging/cracking issue. me for example, using tyre of threadwear of 600(imagine how long until i ned to change lol, exclude the aging factor), certainly hope to retain the tyre condition until the threads ended. just my $0.02

QUOTE(Quazacolt @ Feb 6 2014, 04:49 PM) unfortunately, Malaysians don't practice the "right/rightmost lane for overtaking only" a lot even the new car also kena liao as Krismas also pointed out "don't waste my time on them" lol. i mean, if you have a car that gives out around 100-120 torque at just 2k rpm, peak torque at 4.2k rpm at around 170-180 torque, and >200km effortlessly... you'll end up tailgating a LOT of people like it or not it's a very fun engine/car. LOL itu macam pun boleh -_____-"
