Anyone interested in 10% yield investment? That is, you will not get involved in any day to day operation of the business.

How you would like to get the payout over time can be negotiated.

Send pm if interested. Can also meet in person if you are in KL.

Return of investment is still fairly high.

Remember, the GPU still have more than 50% after one year.

Bitcoin mining, on the other hand have life expectancy of less than six months.

http://mining.thegenesisblock.com/

And the miner will be useless after that. It is also subjected risk like rate dropping and delivery problem (asic miner).

Not true at all.

The difficulty was low back then and the return of investment is still well over 100% annualized.

The huge price jump in Nov make people who have the infrastructure get back their investment in less than 1 months if there have been mining before Oct.

Somewhat true if you assume the hardware is useless after one year. ROI is more if you can sell GPU and bare bone system for good price. Or if you can still beat the electricity rate with the hash rate, you can keep running the miner until the rent and electricity cost greater than what you get back in coin.

Not many investment in the real world give this kind of return without you being the owner. REIT investment only provide around 8% rate and it is a billion dollar market cap industry.

Not to mention scam like Geneva gold scheme only promise a little over 20% and many people fall for it.

People who just started in Nov and Dec run into GPU shortage issue. And litecoin price only stay above $40 usd for less than a week.

So, people who started just started in Nov probably didn't have the chance to cash out or even have the miner bring online to run long enough to recoup the capital cost.

You can get supply in Malaysia largely due to luck and some unknown issues.

Most retail stores and internet retail stores in US run out of supply. R9 290 was selling for $600-700 USD on ebay beginning of December. Even riser cable price went up many folds.

I started the mining operation around that time, was debating if I should buy the card here and sell abroad for instant profit or do mining for longer term profit.

Guess I should sell rather than mine when the price is good. But no one can predict the price in the future or the network difficulty.
