I suggest you to get familiar with it first before consider to root it. Stock Note 3 is pretty good and solid even without root. Usually those who rooted it are those who are "savy" type who wanted to customize their Note 3

just tested with chrome, open up to 25 tabs still no crash but if i were to multitask and move away from the chrome browser then the browser kinda gets weird already until i open a new tab and load a new page then the multitasking feature comes back. when i enter settings straight force close

my ram usage dropped all the way to 1.1GB used 1.3GB free, my guess is that the bottleneck is the amount of free ram available

That's true, if on aggressive browsing mode, better don't do multitask, but so far I haven't face FC yet however I'm not on chrome as it is too battery draining and sucking more resources and warmer compare to other browser due to it is gpu driven I guess

better go taobao get samsung cards, works for me since note 2 (early 2013) until today. i used to transfer more than 1gb a day on that samsung and no problem (unlike sandisk which hates me)
