If all SP comes with something like this , wouldnt it make our life easier then to spend time aligning to SP , stick , uneven , remove and align again over and over and risk getting dust in between while doing it . I never install SP so fast until i tried this . 10 secs done and another 10 sec to push out the bubble .

QUOTE(lch36 @ Dec 2 2013, 06:53 PM) It's from korea directly and friend sent to me so i dunno who's the seller . SorryAnyway , your glass SP can be saved . 1 - Removed it . 2 - Clean your phone screen with alcohol patch , those that r used b4 injection 3 - Use a strong celotape and tape it across your glass SP on the inside . Repeat until you cover the whole SP 4- Remove it and do again . Make sure its evenly taped 5 Fix it back . Your dust should almost be gone by now This post has been edited by Noobi3: Dec 2 2013, 06:58 PM |

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Dec 2 2013, 09:38 PM) It does , makes installation easy and beginner friendly . Worst part of installing SP is when u have to fit the SP with a hole over the home button and align it right . With this , everything is done for u perfectly . Only way to screw up is have dust go in between when u r installing QUOTE(bluemoon99 @ Dec 2 2013, 11:57 PM) Is there a way to switch to GPRS/Edge rather than 3G? I'm sure u r certain u r on a LTE coverage area right ? Check with your company or telco . Might be sim card as well cuz I remember older sim don't support LTE , need 2 be replaced with a new 1 . Not so sure on that .i am using a company line, and i dont know the line support 4G or not, i never see the 4G sign on the signal, only H+ sometime, is there a problem of my 4G setup or? |

QUOTE(((Xa))0102 @ Dec 3 2013, 12:44 AM) Just for your info, my 12 year old Singtel Prepaid SIM which was meant to be a 2G SIM until recently Singtel did something on their side to make it 4G ready. Malaysia kak , sim cards used in older phones 12 yrs ago , some of it wouldnt even work on 3G phones and the new sim card , cant be detected in old phones unless u downgrade it . Eg phones like Nokia 8810 . |

QUOTE(((Xa))0102 @ Dec 3 2013, 12:55 AM) Malaysia, still got 1 example. I bought an old model from siemens6688 aka Mr Lai last year . Pre-2000 models , Nokia 6210 . He sent the phone to me , I cant use it as there's no network after testing it out . I sent it back to him for him to check . He found it working and sent it back to me . I still couldnt get it 2 work . Finally , i met him during his COD with his customers to show him the phones r not working with any of my sims . Went to Maxis and was told , 3G sims dont work in 2G phones and vice versaStill remember those days where Hotlink's minimum top up is RM60? I've got a very worn out SIM card, sometimes unreadable by phones but it still supports 3.5G |

QUOTE(helo @ Dec 5 2013, 10:57 PM) is there a dual sim version of this phone? where to buy a dual sim version? compare this to g2, which one better? i cant decide... currently using nexus s, screen broke, very laggy.... There is a dual sim but for china market only . Some shops do carry in but if u r willing to pay 3k+ for it , go ahead . i want a bigger screen, i always browse the internet... wifi and 3g... which one better note 3 or g2? how abt camera btw phone? G2 n Note 3 , both have their own pros and cons . Personally , prefer Note 3 to G2 partly cuz it has bigger screen and s-pen do makes a lot of difference if u r using it |

QUOTE(GymBoi @ Dec 5 2013, 11:19 PM) Oh don't worry ... I already have my otterbox defender waiting for me since last week Otterbox Defender SP is kinda bad by default . Remove it and get a glass SP instead . It fits , dont worry . All phone screens r prone to scratches even the almighty Vertu with sapphire crystal . It's how to take care of it . Note 3 is more prone to others due to the size of the screen .I've read 1st page .. no mention about battery initial charge eh? I know charging first time for 8hours is kinda ancient thing but just want to reconfirm with you guys ... no more the need to charging 8 hours right? Just use it till like 10% then charge till full like normal then stop ? edit: oh ya i also ask this b4 but no reply .. i ask again .. is note3 screen kinda prone to scratch ? Coz i'm having defender so i might not need a SP but i travel alot too so i'll be opening and closing alot .. scare my screen scratch leh .. but otterbox dun recommend put SP for the defender .. |

QUOTE(n20nine @ Dec 6 2013, 11:48 AM) hi anyone had luck with getting your note 3 to output sound to a stereo system via the usb connector? im trying to hook it up to my car's audio system but so far no luck. with my iphone i could listen to music as well as use the audio controls. U have 2 find a head unit that supports Note 3 . Unlike Apple , there r 2 many models for Android so u it's highly unlikely unless device specific . Audiovox has the adaptor for Note3 but for the price u r paying , getting a usb is much cheaperthanks. |

QUOTE(((Xa))0102 @ Dec 8 2013, 01:01 AM) 1080p vs 4k video recording DD is usual with the crazily high price for "rare" phones . Flex is going for RM2.6k to 2.7k from Garage Sales from sellers like Cubix Shoppe , leidragon , etc . And u forgot the 32G internal only for Flex which is a turn off .2.28GHz vs 2.3GHz 720p vs 1080p display <300ppi vs 300+ ppi and the list goes on but it looks really nice and unique. Lots of people using Note 3 and it is considered as too affordable at RM1955 vs RM3499 |

QUOTE(xcxa23 @ Dec 8 2013, 12:39 PM) I bought it when it first came out for around RM400+ and it's not under local distributor warranty . Was " gatal " for a 64G then . 179 is consider very reasonable but expect it to drop even more when 128G comes out , maybe . |
