Wait hold on. I was mistaken. Just took out my PE240 to measure the the thread size. The outside diameter is 17mm or so.

17mm? hmm, i'll try to measure the o-ring size when i dissemble my loop. sweat.gif

I thought all G1/4 O rings are standard. Just get those specially made for fittings.

It's possible if you know the size. For acrylic tubing it's either 12mm OD or 1/2 OD depending on the brand.
In your case, it's 12mm.

Ohhh~~~ I see, then I am more relieved then. I thought if the o-ring somehow *touchwood* broke or damaged, means the fittings is literally useless and need buy new one =="

Ohh yaa I also need thoughts on this.
Anyone have idea on how to cut those small parts on the side?
Attached Image

Reason Why I need to cut it cuz I wanna put it facing the side. Then at the 2 front G1/4 Thread use 90degree turn to connect to pump and res.
But for the fittings I measured is about 1cm, then the tubings coming out from there onwards is roughly 2cm. So I need to make space for 3cm. doh.gif

Bad drawings, but kinda show what I wanna achieve.

hello there. hm, to me, i think it would be better if the pump is below the res. because you can't leave the pump dry. when filling up the loop, the coolant still can't reach the pump with that situation. so, if you put the res below the pump would be good for not letting the pump dry.

Bro AX Series is modular. Easier to mod and paint. Normal Rads are a whole different story.

Orelse, the one I know so far is taping all the radiator fins with masking tape or other tape and then spray the exterior. doh.gif
Its gonna be a headache haha

That looks great! Maybe you should use the blue ring on those SP120s.

Anyone here knows where to get Dead Water?

Not the Giant supermarket or 7/11 variety. Lab grade ones. Just want to know.
