Mine lasted 25% lesser. A few months ago, I flashed back to 4.1.2 and my N2 lasts forever

I miss my Samsung U2 USB cable that came with my Galaxy W. I lost it or rather left it at my relatives home that I visited over the CNY.

Thats the only cable that can charge my S3 and Note 2s fast. The black cable that came with my S3 only could transfer 100mA from my Note 2 charger abd 300mA from my Note 3 charger. While the white one of the similar build and looks could charge 300mA and 500mA respectively. Without the U2 cable that could output 1.7A, I had to live with my old Nokia CA-101 that came with my Nokia 5800XM, at least it transfers at least 1.2A and 1.5A from Note 2 and Note 3 chargers respectively.

Not to mention all S3 and Note 2 cables are unable to do data transfer flawlessly.

For the time being I wanna find a quality cable that could charge my phone properly.

ive been using 4.3 stock rom since it has been unofficially release, but today i went and download the reall official 4.3 and try it out. havent seen much difference

that said, are there any unofficial stock 4.4?

Guy, some comment on my battery usage below.

-My battery drained faster than usual since last night, so i charged to max which took about 4 hours from 25% to 100%.
-This morning, i woke up to 97% which is normal. However, it dropped to 75% within 3 hr 23 min with very minimal usage.

Stock unit. Any idea what happen and how to solve this? Thank you

12.2 a bit big dont u think for portability . IMO , 10.1 is the biggest a tablet should be , anything bigger , i rather get a ultrabook .

I waiting for Samseng to announce LTE version of TabPro 8.4, to replace my Note 2.

I just got an update for official 4.3, small sized, around 40mb in size. The changelogs are not detailed though.

there are some good reasons...
#1. warranty period not over
#2. some apps like s note, etc is kinda nice
#3. some roms seem to have camera focus issue (s/w related) and this might be deal breaker for me

in my case, still using 4.3. i used it only coz i wanted to see how it would be, officially. having used it for a few weeks now, i can say i'm not happy at all.

so today... managed to find out how to root my n2 without triggering knox.

now just need to find out how to flash without increasing counter and permanently remove knox. <-- asked a few times but never really got a reply. then again, mine is AP set... so have to also make sure roms, kernels and what not mentioned are compatible with my set.

Just came back from Samsung Service center. They said need to change motherboard. Will cost me RM682 with only 1 month warranty. Time to survey new phone.

most of you should have known Galaxy S3 and some Note 2 users reported these phone kill microsd cards

mostly sandisk microsd were killed, and some other brand
even though sandisk admitted that they got batch of cards have manufacturing problem

ok now.... my sis had a Kingston microsd on her s3,it's almost a year, her phone start having difficulties to read photos and other media files, or not showing on gallery at all, or unreadable sometime

it still readable on pc with card reader, so i backup her data and format it, well few photos were corrupted

after format and copy the data back,  it's working fine again, but then weeks later, same problem back, this time more files were corrupted compared to the last backup data, then i google for info, just know about s3 note2 would kill microsd, mostly sandisk

my sis card is Kingston brand, so i give it another shot, this time i put it on my note 2 to use (my note 2 doesn't have micro sd yet) and it works just fine,  few days later it started un-mounting and mounting itself and finally sudden died itself few hours ago.

totally not detectable on note 2, my optimus 2x, and even on pc with card reader, now the card is officially dead

just wondering if anyone of you note 2 users, also s3 user have microsd killing problem?

and what microsd you guys use? 
I'm getting my own microsd card for note 2 soon, but really no dare to get sandisk, Kingston

I've read many articles on internet that if microsd card dies on these phones, usually the card itself not really well made, it might not die on other phone and devices, but will still die on some devices like s3 and note 2. the problem is the card

so what do u guys  think..

just an extra note, my bro in law's black note 2 use his sandisk microsd bought from Taiwan just fine, so far no problem

Anyone experience this problem before?
On the latest ditto rom, actually happend when i switch to ARHD with devil kernel
after full wipe and format on the system doesnt help
It just cannot access into the file transfer in pc
reinstall the samsung usb driver doesnt help

I did a factory reset full wipe with stock 4.3 and stock kernel, still the same

from the emmc brickbug test, it seems my poor notey got insane chip

already remove ext-sdcard to see if there's any improvement......else need fill up inn memory with dummy files to block bad partition

I'm wondering how much can a 1 year old N7105 fetch in Malaysia? Full box apart from earpiece.

Hopefully can fetch more than SGD400 (MYR1040)
