Yes why so high rate for maintenance fee? how to survive like this with rental rate below 2k. Hopefully can get more than 2.5k with fully furnished

I think not that much as the price is including fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, kitchen hob n hood, water heater and grill.
Just need to buy beds matress and sofa. This is for basic living not an extravagant id

Only basic furnished with loose furniture plus lighting, fans, air conditioning, TV

Some wall paper and wall painting actually will help alot...

Regarding the bad and ugly comments, some are short-term problems, which can be solved within a few months. However, some of them are difficult or impossible to change.

(1) The high maintenance fee, which is RM0.45psf. Is there anything residents can do to lower the maintenance fee?

(2) Pre-determining indicative rental, which is as low as RM2psf. For a 1000sf unit, the rental income is only 2k. After minus the RM450 high maintenance fee, it's only RM1550. That's ridiculously low.

(3) The half dead commercial. EW has to work harder to get more tenants for their commies, especially after tower A & B's vp.

It's not all about where do buy groceries and stuffs. The property's price and rental market is very much depends on how well thoese commies doing. A well doing commies surely can boost the occupancy rate, property's price and rental market. Don't you think so?

I agreed with you that many new commies are not doing well and it's not just Ecosky. Furthermore, the location of Ecosky is not superb either. Therefore, this should be the good reasons for EW to do more in order to push their commies. If they can pull tenants to their labs and other commies, I think they can do better than the current half dead situation in Ecosky. I do hope at least some restaurants and cafes will open after vp.

Well, I went to Ecosky for VP last weekend. While waiting for the lift to my unit, I saw a neighbour moving in with his bedding sets. I thinks he must have a defect-free unit since he can move within the first week of VP!!! I hope the occupancy rate will be at least 30% after 3 months of VP since no major rennovation is required. After checking my unit, I would say the workmanship is above average. Just a few minor defects of the finishing

I really dont see defects in my unit. only there is two installation error.

I am still puzzle why ppls keep thinking EW is special. They are just one of them...sell premium price and give u reasonable product...i wont say give u luxury product. N ew is not proven in highrise..even their before life in sp setia..tan sri never good in highrise wot....they practice association discounts n favourism on special buyers etc..wats so surprise.
