not discounted rate.....

ecosky residence will be applying for household rate instead of commercial rate. its common when majority of residents will be using these apartments as residences.

I think about 20% more expensive if commercial rate....but cant be sure.

no idea on highway.

3bed can move also if you matched yr rental to 2bed......or marginally higher rent.

I think ew either bought the park or having arrangment to maintain the park on behalf of dbkl for x yrs.

Its open to public but mainly benefitting ecosky residents.
