any unit less than 3 rooms will be very tough for a decent rental... with more rumawip and other AK's private project coming on around less than 7km to KLCC radius... if u mentioned eco-sky will have better quality than those projects... but how many tenants are purely looking at quality only... not to mentioned lakeville will be this condo's main competitor and they are nearer to the lrt station compared to eco-sky.... best of luck bro... can cover more than 70% of your interest would be very ideal case now...

On fair side to EcoWorld, EcoSky is launched at the height of property market 2013 ie the peak price. I do not think many new launches in 2013 that VP-ed past 2 years are having decent gain. If you can get anything close to 30% cap gain, consider as significantly outperform market liao.

Ecosky Tower A (Aurora) is GOING to VP soon. SA said VP letter will be sent out this week. Collecting keys process is expected to take place in the beginning of January after bank release the payment...

Mean this "the park" privately for ecosky resident usage. Anyone have received key? please share any findings

I haven't got my key yet, so I can only comment on the common area at the moment.

The swimming pools will be salt water pools instead of traditional chlorine.

The two-storey gym rooms are under making and it has a good view of the city and distant mountains. But the Aqua gym room will only be ready after Tower C VPed.

There is only one squash court in Tower A for all the residents. Book in advance is necessary.

There should be another tennis court near Tower C but I cann't comment on this as I didn't go near there.

How do you find the facilities in Ecosky? Too little or it's standard facilities in any other condo in the same range?

Facility wise...i would rather they build a basketball or a futsal court. Even half a basketball court is even nicer than squash. How many people in malaysia actually play squash lol
