I bought subsale virgin unit for own stay. Much lower than the purchase price and current dev price. 30+ floor. I like it coz of the amazing view,big balcony and quiet eventho facing the main road and train tracks also close to my work place the jam not so bad. Only thing i dont like is high maintenance fee + have to rent some of the facilities

Why are there so many people selling EcoSky? I see that on subsale, it's selling for 500k plus. And I have like contradicting info, is it actually freehold or leasehold?
