Fyi me juz chk-ed Specs of my ole Gen Saga 1.5I Auto...

Rear suspension is :
Independent Trailing Arm, coil springs, telescopic shock absorber AND stabiliser bar (meaning ARB?)

However, dunno re Iswara tho...mayb its highest variant is similarly equipped?  rolleyes.gif
*
stabilizer bar typically refers to ARB already. (unless older design, like the kancil/viva that davidke20 mentioned?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trailing_arm
sure boh? lol

my iswara memang full spec (almost rm50k back then for a proton doh.gif ) auto with sport rims (lol 2 kena stolen 1 accident crushed and the last one in trunk spare tire) during 1999 (yes its the highest spec) also mmg torsion beam and no stabilizer bar

copy paste from the word doc i saved from eon.com.my before they removed it many years back:

I think I know what you mean by having the ARB in stock form. My house used to have 4 GaGa at the same time from different generation. 1 of them not mine, but I chopped it for sparepart to be utilize on my other GaGa.

Will change meh? Mine try at my FLX SE won't change wan....

As far as I know Campro normal idling vacuum should be around 17-22 inHg....YAB said anything above 26 means it's running too lean. My FLX SE idling vacuum was around 19inHg....Fiesta around 21-22 inHg.
*
14.7 AFR memang a bit lean ady (assuming it's accurate la)
mine on 13.5

rough guide (from those guide/images that you can google) is roughly:

any thing less is pollution/crazy fuel guzzler
11-13 best torque/AF range
12.5 best power
~14.7 least emissions
15 best econnomy
anything more is too lean

yes i do take offense in people purposely getting my online nick that i've been using since 28.8/56k dialup era wrong.
However no hard feelings, i'm typically forgiving/easy going anyways laugh.gif

I meant the figure that is display is the targeted value commanded by the ECU, not the measured value.

Which is why I say it is useless because you don't know the actual AFR being measure by the O2 sensors. The display will just show 14.71 all day long...in my case la.
*
yea got what you mean. the car's ecu, is it consider a narrowband or there is another term for it?

=edit=
wait hmm, you mean that reading is a static value that the ECU wants to see and not really what it is getting? hmm.gif

blue part is correct.

red part not sure, that's why need to see measured AFR value.

The Torque Pro app has two parameters available: AFR(commanded) and AFR(measured). The commanded shows the 14.71 value; the measured parameter does not show anything.

narrowband/wideband refers to the type of O2 sensor.
*
ah i see thanks for the info biggrin.gif

will get to play with it once i collect my car and order the obd2 plugin later from amazon (along with some other stuff) lol

ooo nice DIY... eventually i need to get some work done on my iswara too... maybe need to replace the inner door panel as the wood decaying and all, the speaker mounting also got some damage due to bad weather proofing and it gets splashed/soaked by water over time.

either way have to first settle down on the finances/new car la ><
