About the stuff ring topic. Not all cars need them some new cars even proton come with self alignment bolt (half thread type bolt). For me the best still goes to the original Spoon Sport Rigid Collar because that one is totally press into the cross member hole when you install it and this force the cross member to align. When I was in Japan, I drove my friends S2000 with the rigid collar and it felt totally different from stiff ring but stiff ring also perform quite good from my testing on my uncle's car.

For track driving, for me is to improve my driving skill and to know how my car is behaving and know the car better. I use track day to relief my stress and have a moment of silence because when I go on track it's just me and my car...period. Win or lose, who is better not important..I'm just there to spend some good time. Actually I have find that track driving has help improve my sense of alertness, focus, reflexes when doing other things...I also can keep calm if accidents happen or car lost control...
