I have exerciser equipment at home. I am too lazy to exercise. How how?

every nite i tell myself, tomolo morning must make an attempt to start exercise, but but... morning wake up so tired and never exercise... sad.gif

its called discipline and self determintation. if you want to exercise but you feel tired when you wake up, so what? you're only tired because your body isnt up and running yet, get up anyway start stretching and start working out, 5 minutes into your workout you'll no longer be tired.

eta: forgot to answer the original question, 5 times a week. morning runs(helps keep fat off) and evening weights and such(helps keep stress away after a long day).

Depends on what you're exercising for. I do martial arts because i love it, so even if i'm almost dead i try to make it to the training sessions. Try to set goals and find friends to join you. It'll make it much easier to work out. Sports would be a good option if you can't motivate yourself to use exercise equipment

3 days a week for weight lifting ...
1~3 days for sports like basketball, volleyball, and futsal...

Sometimes the nature just spoil ur routine for sports : (
