every nite i tell myself, tomolo morning must make an attempt to start exercise, but but... morning wake up so tired and never exercise...

Depends on what you're exercising for. I do martial arts because i love it, so even if i'm almost dead i try to make it to the training sessions. Try to set goals and find friends to join you. It'll make it much easier to work out. Sports would be a good option if you can't motivate yourself to use exercise equipment
