hai,
1st of all sorry about my ENGLISH..

Im make a new discussion about BIZ68 new quota policy..
maxis will implement the quota starting 26 Nov 2013.. last time they implement the 30GB for quota.. its quite ok... then after a few month, they change the quota to only 4GB.. oh come on lar!
for me 4GB isn't enough for surfing lowyat(yeah whole month only for lowyat and its local server) that have big and heavy bandwidth of picture, ads, video..
many already take an action on file a tribunal on SKMM and MCMC...
we will wait for maxis to encounter this issue of complain..

Saya ingin melaporkan kes penipuan daripada satu syarikat jalur lebar berkelajuan tinggi (LTE) Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd.

Saya telah mendaftar pakej Maxis Biz Internet 68 daripada Maxis menerusi syarikat kerja saya iaitu Najib Razak Sdn. Bhd. dan Manager saya ialah Tun Abdul Razak Hussein. Pada 01 Ogos 2013.

Dengan itu, saya menyertakan maklumat dan akaun saya:

No. Kad Pengenalan: XXXXXX-XX-XXXX
Nama sebenar di atas kad pengenalan : Najib Razak


Apa yang dijanjikan daripada Maxis Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd. pada packages Maxis Biz68 adalah, sesiapa yang mendaftar pakej Maxis Biz68 sebelum 27 Ogos 2013, semua pelanggan sebelum 27 Ogos 2013 akan menikmati had internet 30GB dan tiada had kelajuan selepas 30GB.

Disamping itu, saya telah berasa takut & keliru kerana saya telah menerima satu SMS daripada Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd. pada hari 25 November 2013 diberitahu, bahawa Maxis akan mengehadkan speed qouta kepada 4GB dan selepas 4GB, kelajuan internet akan turun kepada 32kbps dan kurang daripada ketetapan daripada SKMM.

Kandungan SMS yang dihantar daripada Maxis:
“RM0. We're updating yr Biz Internet 68 quota to 4GB fr 26/11. We'll SMS you upon reaching 80% & 100% of yr quota; surf for FREE at reduced speed thereafter.”

Pihak Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd. telah membuat penurunan pakej yang tidak adil dan tiada apa-apa notis kepada syarikat kami dan ugutan mengenai penurunan pakej kepada 4GB dan had lajuan turun kepada 32kbps dan kurang daripada ketetapan daripada SKMM dan tiada apa-apa boleh dirunding.

Oleh itu, saya telah membuat pangillan kepada Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd. pada 25 Nov 2013 (tengah hari) untuk melapor dan membuat siasatan lanjut mengenai kes tersebut.

Dengan itu, saya telah membuat pencubaan untuk berhubung dengan Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd. Tetapi, Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd. tidak mahu bekerjasama dengan saya dan membuat tuduhan yang tidak sewajarnya kepada saya, tentang saya telah memohon dan mengunakan perkidmatan tersebut 4GB dan bukan 30GB. Dengan itu, saya memberitahu Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd. bahawa saya akan membuat laporan Polis dan laporan kepada agensi kerajaan yang bertauliah. Tetapi Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd. tidak mengendahkan percakapan dalam telefon. Selepas itu, khidmat pelangan yang tidak bertanggungjawap dan menafikan semua Terma dan syarat yang di tetapkan daripada Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd. yang seperti apa yang dijanjikan semenjak pendaftaran.

Di sini saya ingin memberi bukti daripada khidmat pelangan Maxis yang bernama Puan Wahidah:
“Hi unknownhammie,

We would like to inform, user who registered before 27 August 2013 with Biz68 may still enjoy the privilege with no data capping. Only users who registered after the implementation date will have data capping at 4GB monthly. Should you have any further inquiries do revert back to us or you may contact directly at our corporate team at 1800 82 1919 for further assistance.

Thank you.”

Disamping itu, saya dan rakan-rakan kerja saya dari syarikat Najib Razak Sdn. Bhd. berasa tidak puas hati kepada pihak daripada Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd. yang tidak bertanggung jawap dan menipu kepada pelangan Maxis Biz68 dengan membuat tindakan yang tidak wajar kepada satu saya dan satu syarikat saya yang mengambil banyak pakej jalur lebar korporat iaitu Maxis Biz68 daripada Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd.

Justeru, saya telah membuat laporan kes penipuan Maxis kepada pihak berkuasa untuk mendapatkan daripada laporan kepada agensi kerajaan yang bertauliah untuk menyalurkan bantuan kepada rakyat supaya dapat menuntut keadilan dan mengambil tindakan undang-undang kepada pihak Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd. yang ugut dan membuat penipuan kepada banyak rakyat Malaysia yang mengunakan pakej Biz68 daripada Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd. untuk memberitahu pihak Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd. untuk mengekalkan pakej yang telan didaftar semenjak tahun 2012 kepada 27 Ogos 2013 seperti yang di janjikan oleh pihak Maxis Mobile Sdn. Bhd.

Tambahan lagi, setiap akaun jalur lebar telah dikenakan caj daftar, caj pengaktifan, caj bayaran pendahuluan dan lain-lain caj yang dikenakan kepada semua rakan kerja syarikat saya.

Akhirnya, saya di sini ingin mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih kepada Tuan / Puan yang sedia membantu saya dan berjasa bakti kepada rakyat & negara untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut.

i have also lodge both complain to CFM and MCMC...but then, i have a feeling that Maxis does prepare for the complain and know to defense themselves...come to the worst, they may just agree to terminate the contract without penalty ... sad.gif hopefully there is magical happen...

seems like you already over your quota... but important thing does the speed capped already ? or still at full speed?

384kbps is acceptable if they still want to do capping. Unmetered is better though.

After a lot of harsh complaints go to their FB page, they finally had to come out with this statement :

" Hai, pihak yang berkenaan sedang dalam perbincangan mengenai isu ini. Kesabaran anda amat dihargai dalam kami menunggu keputusan dari pihak tersebut. Terima kasih."

why my speedtest lower than 64kbps....cant even test my speed.... always error...
also i want to pay my bill... but their web loading forever.... must i topup the bandwidth just to pay the bill?

Maybe u r right for what u said about "previously the data plans offered at 3GB for Biz Internet 68". But why u come out with unlimited plan for biz68? Can u explain why? We have the right to know due to u change the game play.

Is it to cheat ur customer? After cheat enough customer then change back to 3gb (or4gb)? And after get enough contract customer then change back to 3gb (or 4gb) and penalty ur customer who try to terminate the plan? Is this ur cheating skill?

Chinese said, "if u eat the salted fish, u have to bear the thirsty" (吃得咸鱼抵得渴). U wan to come out the plan to win more customer from other telco, u have to understand and have preparation that the customer with the plan will use all ur bandwidth, it is not to reduce the quota.

U are disappointed ur customer. Pls do not said about previously the plan is what and what anymore, because previously I'm not a maxis user also.

maxis just revert back to 30Gb quota... or you can down grade to 4Gb but make the trottle speed to 1mbps...
cause my speed only below 32kbps..not like what maxis said...
also why when you implement the new quota(two days notice) but you use our previous quota.... and make us suffer...

My suggestions

-Implement this 4GB cap only to those who registered after 27 August.
-30GB/4GB cap with 3-5Mbps speed after that.
-Stop sellers from selling this plan (on forum especially) or Maxis should just stop offering this plan.

confirm we had cheat by maxis. with 4gb quota, why we don sign with digi or celcom or u moblie?

Digi plan, RM88, 4gb quota (same), 300min(if rm0.10/min, it is rm30), 300 sms (if rm0.10/sms, it is rm30), so the price for 4gb quota only RM28.

celcom plan, RM68, 4gb quota, rebate rm10/mth for 6 mths. and the best part - NO registration fee, NO activation fee and, NO commitment period, with RM120 rebate.

u mobile, rm68, 5gb + 5gb quota.

Yeah, RM68 for data and calls.. still not that bad.. I spend more than RM500 every month just on mobile and broadband. Some people even pay more than that compared to me..

Just live with it la.. it's not Sunday everyday. I bet, if you guys took the time to sit down and read through the T&C, you wouldn't be in this situation today. Likewise, even if you're given a form to sign.. don't tell me you just blindly sign it? Read the fine prints la

You do realize that the term "unlimited" in Malaysia means throttled speeds right? Since 2009, when Maxis marketed "unlimited", there have been raging comments about unfairness and how "unlimited" should really be unlimited but, unfortunately, that was never the case. As long as the connection works (albeit at slower speeds), you're still not charged for the extra use. This is "unlimited".

If seller tells you forever, get the seller to give you the service forever. The plan was drafted by Maxis, marketed by seller.. so, do you see the missing link here? Where is the "Account Manager" that's servicing your corporation? The reason Maxis appoints an AM to service a corporation, it's so that all escalations and disputes should be via the AM to Maxis.

Do note that sellers other than the AM himself/herself is not certified to SELL corporate packages.

I am going to terminate this stupid Biz68 nor matter how. Since Maxis have T&C applied, it's true that they have all the rights to change the quota. I can't bear with this turtle speed anymore.

I bet Maxis is close with those SKMM or any parties that we complained to. So many complains last two days, but they are not taking any action and I can see from their reply that they are not going to fix this. If they do, they should have done it earlier. They know everyone is going to complain if they change the quota, but they just don't care about it and changed it already.

F word to Maxis.

People keep on starting new thread, don't know what for. I feel sorry to those tied with contract too. I hope Maxis could do something for them, at least increase the speed to 1MB after capped or increase the quota.

The issue now is way messier than previous, complaints are uncoordinated. Users got paranoid before getting more verification from Maxis. Complaints are distributed to a whole lot of reasons doh.gif

And it's not just us, you guys can take a look on some Chinese forum protesting this to MP. Some might feel this is a good idea, I don't think it is. smile.gif

Anyway, this is just my 2 cents.

did you guy actually read the TnC and compare the Tnc between Consumer package TnC and Biz/Cor package TnC?
there is actually a clause different between this 2 packages.

U can even write a letter of approval and a letter of request included with ic, name together with the signature of the HR of the company. Then maxis will proceed with it. U din even need to present at the counter.

OK as of speaking there is some discussion and proposal made from MCMC to Maxis Management.

1. Terminate ALL CHAP Ayam , if cannot verify the person works there as an employee.

2. All that can be VERIFIED and COMPANY lines will be reinstated with UNLIMITED Plan with condition.
All that HIT 4GB, weill be throttled to 1megs-7megs, depending on status of account.
Those BIZ99 will be at 7megs. Those Company account or Large account will be at 7megs. Those BlackBerry BES/BIS will be at 7megs.

No more BIZ68 Unlimited.
There will be a new SME Broadband products with similar prices like consumer ones.

MCMC waive the fine of RM10,000 per line of dispute if Maxis is found liable.

These are discussions, are no way FINAL.
Do not ask or quote me in any discussion. Its not up to discussion as usual.

All the above will be implemented in 24 hours time. So Good Luck!!

Maxis like to do whatever they want,when you sign up for this Biz 68 package is start as Unlimited with 2 year contract but later become 30 gb and now they change it again to 4 GB at "Nov 26 2013" which been told that was a update from their message they sent it ,after use finish your 4GB you will be capping at 128kbps,if you terminate now you will be penalty(one month = rm30) if you still left 10 month,mean you still have to paid them RM300

I've tried, last nite download maverick osx, 5.9gb, can still get full speed. i think they lifted up the quota, to ease the situation for a moment... their customer service had a hard time to attend an angry customer i guess..

I do some google just now and found out 1mbps = +- 120kbps download speed

so the download speed will be capped @ 7mbps = +-840 kpbs

it is quite ok actually.. or I am wrong??

they told me they have finalised and once hit 4gb , speed will be throttled but not 128kbps ... she said i wont feel the different between throttled speed and unthrottled speed

Below is the email i receive from maxis after they failed to call me due to outstation...but i email back and ask for the speed after 4gb quota..have a feeling that they will say the same thing like you guys received... blush.gif and i really dun like the last sentence.. sad.gif

received the call from maxis...she said that the speed will be throttle to mbps and not kbps but depend on area also..... she understand that if kbps, open a webpage also takes times..and she asked me to test the speed...and she received few feedback from users, some get around 2-3mbps or more....i asked her will the package change again in coming times, but she can't comment and she only received this info from her management.. blush.gif

big different if its capped at 128kbps..loading a website takes >30seconds...

but current throttled speed didnt affect much on me , other than downloading huge files... loading website is pretty fast , less than 5 seconds....
