I remember same issue for Regalia as well. Big boo-boo on access road. It was on Berita Terkini.

It's very much depend on how you define 'grand'.

If you're talking about the design and material used plus the end result of the overall look, well, I'd say the lobby is outstanding compare to other areas.

eh somehow i saw they cleaning up the road, the exit is very near to duta/segambut roundabout. the access is visible.

As I know, the access is not yet cleaned up in my recent visits.

Called mayland today, they say they are now working towards building the access road. Before CNY, is their latest response.

They think buyers are stupid to believe this?
Actually their answer is standard : Next Month.

You can try to call next month : the answer should be February 2014.
When you call on February 2014: the answer maybe is March 2014.

Hopefully they are not referring to before CNY 2015.

I dont think so ... 460-500 rm per sq/f for now.
Im gonna renovate, possibly furnish, wait till park ready and whack it at 600 rm per sq/f MINIMUM

The landscape park : now a big question mark.
Is there any buyers are with profession as lawyer, property agents/ experts. You all could contribute some ideas on how to put on the pressure to Mr Mayland.

The worry is if they can't build the direct access from Jln Kuching, it will be forever waiting for vp/cf/ccc.

Mr Mayland have to give the answer when they will be granted the approval from Dbkl.

Heard that they are now bring the issues to the court.
