This i highly concur, primarily due to my personality off disliking living in urban area - i prefer to escape the hustle and bustle after working hours and find kajang / semenyih as not being too distant yet serene.

And, it does provide a better living environment albeit the lack of glamour in the address (who cares anyway, right?)
