my 2 cents, if you compare setia alam town planning with setia ecohill. it is totally can not compare..

in setia alam, to go to precint, you need to go out the flyover... it plan to divert traffic then into the housing area
in ecohill, there is only a rounabout... and not had good segeration

during april there is very ong soon... especially allot of cars use seminyih town to go to niwarxxx. after the lekas coonected.. jam will bring ong and huat to ecohill

I just called EcoHill an Chris told me that Aquatilis and pistia will have 3% discount to replace the DIBS. During SPA signing can deduct this 3% off to pay the remaining 10% balance (depends on your loan amt and also deduct the 20K booking fees). I hope this is good enough for all aquatilis and pistia buyers.
