RHB is semi flexible while Cimb full flexi. RHB no monthly maintenance fees while CIMB charges RM10 per month.

My 2 cents is pick full flexi if you have huge cash flow every month or semi flexi  if cash flow is limited.

If 90km/h, from Semenyih to Rawang ~ 70km, within 45 mins can sampai de, but how come need 90 mins geh?

So if u work out the math, 90 mins for 70km ~ 46km/h lo! So Sam kor's calculation is correct!

11.29am from Old Klang Rd (J. Kuchai L.- Seremban H/way- Kjg Silk- Lekas- J.Smenyih) reach SEH WC @ 12.04pm total 35mins.

13.25pm from McD J.Semenyih (Lekas- Silk- Besraya- Salak Exp- Smart) reach Golden Triangle Bkt Bintang @ 14.02pm. Surprisingly only 37mins.

Semenyih... not that far!

This afternoon traffic considered smooth already, only a bit hiccup at J.Smenyih and the Mines. With the completion of Ecohill Link, I am sure can save at least 10mins!

i realized that the PARC opening ceremony is open to public, and subject to available *registration entry before 8.30am? then how can we sure that buyer/owner have the chance to get access? not a good idea though.

no. Halizah & Kim. i signed my LA and S&P together. But now only received my stamped S&P.

i signed hampalang document on the same day, including power attorney, fencing request letter, macam macam.

I haven't sign the LA. They said will inform me once my LA ready. The delay was due to the late offer letter from HSBC.  But I signed my S&P on 24th also. Will they send me the stamped S&P first?
