CY jie jie, can I ask is there no more MRTA available? my HSBC banker told me there is no more MRTA wor, change to another one, but I forgot what it calls. very expensive, like RM100 per mth, for the whole loan period..

got a question..if my loan is approved with DIBS before 1/1/2014,but i sign the loan agreement after 1/1/2014,any affect on my DIBS?

I am unsure if MRTA has been removed, but my advice is dont take MRTA, try for MLTA or an independent life coverage from an insurance firm. Because, it covers for the initial Sum Assured and Critical illness and transferable.

MRTA or MLTA from the bank will be tag to the loan will not be transferable.

nono, i mean in my uni, not in Nottingham Uni. Places with students crime rate / petty crime is a lot one!

I have taken MRTA for my loan, but with fairly minimum period... It's just a few k anyway, at least peace of mind for certain years.
