That's why in GNG community there should have 2 boom gate IN & 2 OUT. One of the gate should have both manual & auto touch & go function. If they didn't want to pay , they need to go out from car and manually press button at the guard post everytime going in and out even in rainy days. This will minimize the percentage of community that didn't want to pay especially for those who rent it.
