ya ya....commercials still far away from Puchong standard however how to have serene peaceful lliving environment if too crowded?

Oversupply is everywhere in klang valley especially those pigeon holes.
Buy landed in cyberjaya with holding power should be a safe bet.

So many ppl buying semenyih lately but landed in semenyih is not really cheap compare to cyberjaya landed.
For example, semi-D 40x80 in Eco Majestic is Rm1.3-1.4mil while SEG 41x95 is only 1.6/7mil.
With the price diff of 300K, location, distance to nearby township, land size, accessibilities wise, thus buying landed in cyber is a better bet.

The vision of Silly-con valley - sorry that I personally never believed that since day one.
Just assume Cyber as a good residential area will be more practical.

Even the nearby Science Park2, only two lots have been sold after XX years.

22x70 of eco majestic is Rm600-700K, might as well buy Ceria Residences / Lake Point project - RM850K-900K~
Tell me, if ppl working in KLCC / KLIA 1 & 2 / Puchong / USJ - where they prefer to stay? How many international school in Semenyih? ERL?

p/s: From what I noticed many residents in Mah Seng Garden Residences are from Puchong / SK / Serdang (south klang valley).

My group of friends whack Setia Eco Glades too.... roughly 10 units and yes own stay purpose.

The thing is we have started discussing the renovation plan already although VP is Nov 15.
Myself even have moved into cyber from KLCC.

Tot there are quite many eateries place in Setia Alam area?
The last time we stayed in KLCC area, we always went to pudu pasar or shaw parade area makan.
Fish paste noodles, wan tan mee, tong sui...very yummy and reasonable pricing.
Driving from cyber to Equine park / dengkil is not that bad. Takes abt 10 min~
I got 2 maids home, so time for them to improve cooking now! LOL

I dun see any big deal for those staying in ciber to go out makan makan in puchong or dengkil.

If you stay in landed unless you cook at home, you need to drive out to dine most of the time anyway. Just a question of how long the driving time. 5..10.. Or 30minutes.

Bro GKS - U r exactly spot on.
With MEX or ERL, traveling time to KLIA / KLIA2 / KLCC / Bkt Bintang / KL Sentral area shorten a lot.
Prior to buying Cyber house, Putra Height was in one of our considerations too howeverit doesn't suit our daily routine activities (to office, school etc).

Bro - We are efficient in works.
As long u deliver the end results...who cares where you actually working from.
My team consists staff all over the places.....middle east, Oceanic region, Asia Pacific and reporting to US.
But - We still take ERL sometimes to avoid the jam if have to - time is everything.
