That's very true bro especially the phase 1 buyer back in 2008!

QUOTE(hasec @ Mar 5 2015, 08:32 PM)
I would say GR buy would have the best deal among all the landed residential area.

As usual - never put any hope on be-end!
Better treat cyberjaya as a new township purely some commercials n residential only.

QUOTE(hornbill_78 @ Mar 8 2015, 11:23 PM)

Personally I never trust those SA.
Just assuming cyberjaya as a residential area with good accessibilities to other area will be a safer bet with landed F/H prop. 15 yrs ago many ppl say puchong tak boleh and look at it today how it transformed.
If a place like Puchong can make it I dun see the reason why cyber can't?

Prop investment is a long term game which needs time to grow.

How many companies in cyberjaya? Those agents always like to say it has 500 companies..

What are ur thoughts on the viability of opening a Chinese restaurant here in Cyberjaya?

Food would be along the line of Zhia but more of a family business kinda restaurant with better quality of food and better pricing.(i think u guys have an idea what I mean)  tongue.gif

been scouting around here and so far no competition in the market segment. Closest would be in Dengkil.

still in the very early stages of planning this so all comments are welcome.

Glomac has quite a few Chinese food shops however the parking is Pityful. Cbd2 sounds all right. Ppl can even sit at corridor walkway enjoying the meal n sufficient parking lots too (not to mention centrus mall coming Soon).

QUOTE(Aztec @ Mar 10 2015, 10:24 PM)
Location wise in term of location and parking from what I observe only CBD2 seems decent. Glomac is out of the question. Too many chinese restaurant and parking is a pain

Any thoughts on this? Maybe u can aware me on other shoplots opening soon?  biggrin.gif

Bro Blowwater - PM me if you interested to do this teh tarik session in your café at Shaftbury Square.
Hopefully can bring more and more bz to your cafe.
