Personally I never trust those SA.
Just assuming cyberjaya as a residential area with good accessibilities to other area will be a safer bet with landed F/H prop. 15 yrs ago many ppl say puchong tak boleh and look at it today how it transformed. If a place like Puchong can make it I dun see the reason why cyber can't? Prop investment is a long term game which needs time to grow. Bro - Hurry up open la......morning bfast time couldn't find wan tan mee, fish ball noodles, prawn noodles etc before 11am.... too many café type food in cyber alr ...hoping to get some conventional Chinese restaurant with attractive pricing! Hurry up bro!

Glomac has quite a few Chinese food shops however the parking is Pityful. Cbd2 sounds all right. Ppl can even sit at corridor walkway enjoying the meal n sufficient parking lots too (not to mention centrus mall coming Soon).
