depends actually, hahaha like me i'm staying in cyberjaya i bought SH and plan to stay there i don't think this really an issue for me, and now i also staying in cyberjaya condo my bf house smile.gif The reason why i bought SH because i always prefer landed than condo.

Haha, i'm ex Taylor's College student, i still remember 10 years ago my room rental rate is around 500-600 alr in ss15 without air cond some more sweat.gif so i'm agree that spending power of rich student bought up the commercial and rental, cyberjaya we only depends with LKW student instead of MMU, if compare their spending power, as far as i know LKW student willing rent the whole soho, studio in 1500++ for own stay sweat.gif

in fact domain maintenance seem worst than cyberia.. pity those owner who bought domain. i heard someone share with me before he bought his domain and shaftsbury same time around the same price some more, but at this moment bank value for domain is 300k+ shaftsbury is 400k+

This is just my pov yea.

Back to my initial point, this will make cyber more into students'  city. Kind of defeat the "dream target" of many own stayers around cyber.

Own stayer will definitely spend more

Mydin is almost like tesco but in term of pricing, Mydin is much more cheaper than tesco, jusco, aeon big those hypermarket.

For me cyber south doesn't really consider Cyberjaya it's more to dengkil. But of course that side landed is much more cheaper if you compare in Cyberjaya town area
