hmm mct previously is start from main con before they become developer that's why their first plan was like shocking.gif but i thought now Lembaga Tabung Haji has emerged as a substantial shareholder in newly listed MCT Bhd so i think all its upcoming project should have support from "gov" hahaha..

Purely simple, ppl inside putrajaya and cyberjaya got no choice but to go there unless they want to travel to One U or Mid Valley. Comparing Sky Park and IOI Resort City Mall. IOI resort city mall still doesnt have good fashion tenants like Zara, MNG, Tommy Hilfinger, Forever young 21 etc. If Skypark can bring them in, I am sure can lure ppl visiting Skypark for shopping.

hmm I'm not sure whether sky park can bring in zara those big brand or not, as if you notice in USJ one city, it seem like a death town they didn't manage to bring in any big brand although your design and space also better than main place, main place might seem small but main place manage have uniqlo, starbucks, daiso, toyrus those big brand. If they able bring in yes it will be great smile.gif and some more with a mrt stopped in walking distance

1city inside the mall all is own by themselves and they rent it out, they didn't sell to others. Maybe those retails shop outside they sell out but the mall is fully own by mct themselves

Just went to symphony hills show room and view both schubert and schumann 2, i'm thinking of buying schubert Type A any advice?

It's around 1.62 mil

Hmm I like the security there Lolz.. 3 layer security haha smile.gif but I feel the price is higher for link if I'm comparing with garden residences semi d for first phrase which now on going is 1.5 mil only. But Monday I also gonna double check the Schubert have reach the bank value or not as I found out developer selling those remain units is more expensive compare with on going subsales. But most likely will choose symphony hills because of the environment there smile.gif

Yeah I had roughly calculate for spa and loan legal include stamping etc after all deduction developer units still more expensive around 100k+ compare to subsales. Wonder can negotiate if developer for cheaper price or not hhaha.. They're not include free MOT for this purchase but MOT normally won't be that expensive so it should be fine..

Before discount but after discount subsales price for phrase 1 also seem cheaper than developer unit. Many many units left more than 60%
