i think Gem in Mall will fail... they started to collect RM1/entry for parking... wonder why they do that...

even Dpulze are doing first 2 hours free parking.. and they attracted quite a lot of people.. especially Jaya Grocers, Boat noodle ZanMai sushi, Crave Burger, Coffee beans, Plan B are quite okay, but i feel disappointed with my 2nd visit food quality dropped..... chicken rice shop are quite good business too..

tell me where can u find a workshop at 9pm?... just in case if my car rosak at your area, then i can call for it, so that i dont get diu...

Yeah, there is proposed 2 station at cbj, but its located at middle of jungle, need safari truck to get into the MRT station.. Wonder how they do the analysis.. And proposed station at such a isolated place... I think probably half tong surveyor...

Wow... MyBurgerLab now open at cyberjaya too... Really healthy growth in cbj... Can see 1 by 1 more shop are coming, by 2017, cbj really looks promising... At night cars are getting more compare last year, wonders where all this ppl from... Jaya grocers also so many ppl, where they stay actually?

The place already vped, next will be garden plaza I think... What about the Arc, already VP or not?

Actually what are the MMU, cucms and LKW capacity?

wow.. meaning by mmu alone they will occupy at least 3-6k of rooms in cbj... let say 3 rooms/apartment, at least 1000 units to serve mmu students... good...


then cyberia tenancy dropping? probably due to growing residential, tenant have more choices and rental range too.. coz previously they only have cyberia and domain..

Probably need go back to school learn about well planned city, than a mushroom city..
Cbj supporter are so positive because they believe more than 50% of the land are reserved for lanskaping and greeneries
So when the new commercial or new residential coming in its because of the well planning are in progress... If you manage a township well, you will probably cut down the traffic congestion , although it looks very packed with ppl.. So well plan and mushroom are totally different story..
If u visit cbj before, you can see cbj still have quite a lot barren land to develop.. Especially the land which MRT2 are proposed..

Quite difficult to locate BurgerLab if you dont know cbj well.. its behind futsal, and by the time i went to BurgerLab, found 1 Traditional Acupuncture there also... feeling surprise, cbj have such a place... wonder how's doing?

Any sign of tenant going to open business there?
