How is construction for pangaea?

looking good so far..

Phase 1 VP this Q3,
Phase 2 on the way up getting taller,
Phase 3 8th floor already.
Phase 4 will coming to public on this Q4(Land clearing can be seen already).
Phase 5 not sure yet but according to >>this news<< they said to be completed by 2020.

Tgv setup the lobby kinda poorly lit, i dont like it...decoration oso lobby area dissapointment a bit

Crowd maintain quite lively in the mall

And i like it as the mall looks pact with almost all shop and small booth opening now, it makes the mall looks full and lots of thing to see

Their renovation is done by their own contractor..can't comment much on their QC if they let it pass..lol

Will go have a look tmrw and see if they plan to add stuff in as this is just a soft opening.

Btw I went for inspection into celebrity fitness retail area and it's much bigger than I thought it would be..although it's still bare for now

when all the malls in cyberjaya completed, guess which one will be the most visited and crowded mall huh?
For now, i see Dpulze management really quite good... they're making lotsa events/activities, and putting a signboard near Taman Putra Perdana... if another signboard are install near Tesco bandar bukit puchong, i think it will attract more people.. so far, people from Puchong area like taman meranti jaya, taman putra prima, bandar bukit puchong, puchong utama, didnt know Dpulze exist..

I only saw a few people queuing for tickets only.. looks not very crowded outside.. inside cinema dont know lar... probably not many movies now, only 5/6 movies showing nia.. saw a few guys looking at the movie showtime and walk away.. no ngam movie gua...

Unless tamarind or skypark can bring hypermarket brand the likes of giant/tesco/aeon....can compete with dpulze jaya grocer....jaya grocer is quite upmarket not really for mass market consumer... But location so far i think no one beat dpulze la...smack right in the center city of cj...beside persiaran multimedia summore 😁

Is the retailers full edi ah? surveying for my higher up Aeon Credit Service area manager bos...

Maybe can open a kiosk or outlet thr...

Cj workers salary not bad sure can reap higher personal loan, credit card and durable goods loan sales 😁

competition is good. so mall manager will do better and create better tenant mix.

the initial plan was to bring aeon in..lucky didint materialize..haha

not fully, but almost there..still some lots havent let out..the one next to coffee bean and charles & keith is in progress..

pets wonderland,yoshinoya, nail salon, apple reseller, karaoke, toy shop (those collectible not kiddy type shop),popilla,subway all in progress to open

its a very good mix actually..because where else would u find a supermarket,bowling alley,cinema, pet shop,sushi zanmai in Cyberjaya?

for me initial master plan is superb but for late buyer, they dun really care as they already acknowledge about it..

You can check MCT lakefront thread, change master plan also didn't inform buyer.lol

These days is really hard to find developer that stick to the master plan / brochure exactly. Subject to changes as they always say.
