I was wondering, how much the cost of a complete costume in myr? I calculated in JP 3000 Yen = 3000 = jewel = 600+20 pearl, which can only buy 1 full costume set, is that true?

Why can't I transport warehouse item from Calpheon to Altinova? Instead it shows me up to Tariff Town only. Do I need to do all the story quest first?
