had an eye for this game for a while now....but the problem?

the english version is slated for around 2016 i last heard, and that is just estimated by the company

the korean version, assuming if u can bypass all those korean ip block and restrictions etc etc, u might end up playing it blindly without realizing what u are even playing.

now if we think bout it further, most of the english fans even had concerns bout the english version when its out, since most korean based games like this, dont rly have a good track record on the long run, those games either get dumped aside or sold of to another company and ended up not well managed etc etc

It just need english patch the same as B&S and Phantasy Star 2 Online.

This is true sadly but i can vouch for B&S there is no point waiting for NA/EU B&S for us SEA/Oceanic player.

Ping is way too important for B&S,jz go play in the taiwan server without booster u are getting 100 ping or below.

as for Black Desert i cant comment much yet since the downloading the game itself is screw up as hell.lots steps.

will comment more once i start playing the game.

all Korean game nowadays in few day after launch , botter will flood the game , the game lifetime damn below 1 year ...which is damn sucks nowadays . will proceed any Korean mmo with coution

the official said they will release english version 1st half next year in Us & europe .

Most of the AAA korean MMORPG still alive la, kVindictus, kTera, BnS still alive n lotsa new classes n expansions came out. Just not as much as the 1st year. But still better than dead though.

Just hoping it would be released same case with BnS, since ping TW is much better than EU/NA.

BDO if you cant get the KR version working your next hope is CN version which is rumour to be under "Perfect World".

As far as i can tell from 3-4 hours of game play BDO is basically actions style?.

Imagine Dragon Nest meet Crysis sort of engine? lots of customization gender lock by class.

Currently in OBT KR only 4 playable Class.

Ranger
Sorceror
Warrior


but they seems to be making counter parts of each class.

Magic Class
Male = Wizard
Female = Sorceror

Range Class/Bow

Female = Ranger
Male = TBA(heard rumours they are making male)

Beast Class?
Giant = Male an ability to transform into werewolf at lvl50 but was removed after CBT2

Tamer = Female

Melee Class
Warrior = Male
Blader = Male (Something like a samurai with ability to dual wield?)
Valkyrie = Female ( Class description sound like a female paladin)

Scrambling around the net I found that this game have a God, Devil, Dickbutt forsaken stamina system, labour point just like ArchAge..................................

Havent notice the labour point system yet.

Stamina yes playing archer class now for dodging uses stamina.

Think this is the Archeage Labour system.

its out you know ...just not in any forums or whatever. you can get it in their irc channel (check reddit for channel) ...at least this version is safer than the other one (there's 2 version of unofficial english patch)

The combat is amazing, coming from a veteran player in Tera. I do prefer the aiming in Tera though as everyone has that "attack and move forward" stuff and makes aiming easier. The game mechanics is much more refined too, and less fantasy-ish, with the exception of magic and other normal stuff you see in MMOs.

If the English patch gets completed, it'd be heaven.

I think black desert online English server would be out faster than Blade and Soul
