Good news. The western version of Black Desert Online will be B2P

ive been waiting for so long for the english version to come out but cant wait anymore..currently playing in japan (media) server, taking things slow since alot of things to do even low lvl.

usually ill be online at night on working day, are there any guild that i can join?

Anyone who is in the Alpha stage as I am? Hit me up, which region are you going to play ? EU starts live at 2PM and NA at 6 PM if i'm not wrong.

I am in Alpha Stage too i think i will be going to europe since the ping should be better compare to NA

i thought NA gives better ping for asian player..

if im not mistaken NA is better ping, but wont hurt to try both..and pick which is best

Yup, NA gives better ping. But I'm going to EU because the time slot is better, it's starting at 3 PM , which is few minutes from now. But we can switch from EU to NA vice versa from the launcher settings. What IGN is yours? Mine's Heavensphere

NA will go live at 6 PM to 6 AM, so NA play time is like more limited to me compare with EU, since EU is 3pm to 3am. Let me know your IGN though, I can switch between both. EU servers just went live.

i didnt get the alpha hope can get in the beta though

I'm more concerned on how the Lag Compensation in BD, hope 300 Ping won't have any effect like Rubberbanding. Based on my experience, NA usually around 300-400 Ping, same goes to EU as well. Usually, JP,TW or China have better ping than NA/EU, about Ping 2XX-3xx. I just hopes theres a really good VPN to reduce the ping untill somewhere 1XX.

So far I'm playing on the EU, which is higher ping than NA, I don't feel any delay as of now. The lag is there but you don't feel it and so far haven't affect anything like combat system, talking to NPCs, etc.

I will be playing both EU and NA.
