Yup, u cant find any FSP Hexa 500W in kuching. But u can get it online.

Alternatively, u may get the Tauro 600W at around RM180 which offer as a not bad PSU too.

i will suggest getting single strong gpu instead of sli/cfx 2 mid-end gpu to save hassle.
You may gain decent performance but drivers, games compatibility may also be the issue. Furthermore, u need to spend slightly more on mobo and psu to ensure the multi gpu setup works.
Precise calculation needed to make sure sli/cfx is worth it.

Try to update the driver to latest recommended version or reinstalling it to see if can solve the problem or not.
If those cant help, probably the GPU itself is the culprit as stated by raven.

Single vs dual channel ram won't really affect the performance too.
For single 8gb, u benefit for more expandability to 16/32gb later on if needed.
For 2x 4gb, u benefit when in case one of the ram failed u still have another one to use while claiming warranty.

Yes, but not just looking on higher output wattage. The build quality (components used), efficiency matters a lot on judging a good PSU.
Those details or info can be found from reviews.
