Yes, Silverstone PSUs are generally of good quality, with no major issues. I have used many Silverstone 400W PSUs on more budget-oriented builds, and never had any problems.

This is a pretty solid build for gaming. I did see that eye's purpose was to also do torrents, so eye should clarify if storage space is something important to him or not. Some people who do torrents need a lot of space to keep a lot of stuff.

If he needs a lot of storage space,he can change the GPU to R9 280X Toxic,and get 1-2 more WD Caviar Blue 1TBs..
