This is great actually. his budget is around 3k. but since he didn't play much game, I think keeping the budget to mid end GPU as 750 is ok for now and pump out on the monitor n CPU is priority. if he bought rigs+monitor around 2.7k, he'll waste the remaining on peripheral I think. haha..

btw, how different is Dell P2312H and U2312HM ? both full HD IPS right?

I own a N200. It's a good small case, good ventilation also. I only use simple stock cooler, but I think it can fit 240mm rad in the front.
