Used to think of taking CCNA , worth it?

Took a break for couple of months before joining this company... somehow have the urge to learn more to improve myself but no idea how/what to learn. lel

i used to think of going CCNA as well.. but if you choose to specialize in network, your only career path in the long term is to work for vendor...

my boss asked me to take server certs instead... saying network is all outsourced to BT, HP, etc... MCSE or other certs would be more useful

Sounds complicated... iI'm not the type who love to read/write essay.
More towards technical/practical stuff...

since you are thinking of CCNA, you must be thinking of specializing in IT Infrastructure sight?
In IT Infra, there is network, server, firewall, middleware etc..

you can do some research and just go ahead with it
i guess i am in the same position as you are..

no man.. apart from ccna , i cant think of any other stuff...
I'm not a person who reads a lot... so, kinda need suggestion what are the professional certs available for IT line.
Then I can start doing some research..

Need not to further your study by having MSc/ MEng, unless your degree is not recognized by BEM. You could check with BEM.

Just joining company for 2month then want to leave.  Don't make sense at all. I cannot brain..
