Did you stop the service then restart the service at Administrator Tools (Control Panel) ? If so, something is wrong with your installation setup file. Cheers.

I am using ZA6.5 now and kaspersky 6.0.. Somehow the ZA can't detect my kaspersky as an antivirus software. Weird huh? Also, it often crash with my utorrent..

kie.. i search my whole C drive 4 all da zone lab folder & delete them all.. then onli can install ZA..
