for DL my PR is 300lbs, with straps and belt.

working sets is 200lbs for 3rd set, reps is 10-12. Cutting phase now in preparation for Dec holidays

energy levels have dipped like crazy recently hahaha.
my gym student rate per month is RM70 ish. And if you happen to be based in PJ you can see most people around our age in gyms.
I'm honestly cant imagine how the last Bio paper will be for me, gonna be tired as shit.
Maaan... impressive numbers!

. Your sets almost dwarves my rep max, I'll try to borrow some straps and belt to see how much further I could go. Lucky you to have a cutting phase

, I'm one of those 'always-bulking' type, the most I could gain was 2.2kg and that was during Hari Raya by eating dirty, really dirty. BF percentage went from 5.8% to 6.2% lol...
RM70 seems appropriate... yeah it's not just in PJ, I think gym culture is spreading everywhere around here because I don't notice this trend a few years ago. School holiday is going to be both grace and disaster at the same time though. I'm expecting to find some skinny dudes with their herds crowding the gym taking selfies, group photos and don't forget
bicep curls at the smith machine
....
BTW what's the most you've seen a 17 years old deadlift in your area? It seems I'm the only one here powerlifting, kinda boring...

I've reach a point where its so difficult to increase.. How to get more poundage? Go heavier or more reps?
Well, if you've reached your plateau, from my days worth of research(and procrastinating) led me to one conclusion: lift heavier, less reps. It definitely works for me, when I first started, I could only do 45kg tops... Then I exponentially increased it to 60kg, then 80kg, and finally 100kg just before SPM. And I started from June
It's widely known lifting heavier promotes greater growth and strength increase. But then, I'm so new to this, hope others could give some advice.
