QUOTE(james_bond85 @ Jan 14 2014, 11:54 PM) hi to 2.0 6 speed forte owner. have u ever tried to drag with inspira/lancer? is forte faster or inspira/lancer faster If speed is your thing, I'd suggest you forget both Lancer/Inspira and Forte... Heck, with current traffic conditions within the Klang Valley..you might as well forget about getting a car for speed. Get a YZF-R1 instead

I found Korean car or Forte then to have high torque compare to japanese car. CVT might be 'fast/smooth' in gear changing but i think vs engine power pickup conventional gearbox still better .... Just my 2 cents.

QUOTE(rompers @ Jan 11 2014, 02:01 AM) Right. Well, you don't have to show me the pics coz I'm quite familiar with such damages. I've a friend whom used to own a Camry which suffered a similar fate. The damage was repaired by the replacement of the lower arm, link rod, and realignment of the absorber/suspension well (minor 'ketuking'). Am not sure if your car is suffering damages to the same extent, but my friend's car was pulling to the left which means that the damage was quite bad. All in all, he spent about RM900 (if my memory serves me right) in repairs. mine although have damage scratches and mispositioned wheel location, but seems no effect to my driving experience. No pulling to left/right. just the wheel location not matching. i might do wheel balancing and alignment again soon. 8k mileage now, 10k mileage service i'll ask the foreman whats the problem and solution. hopefully can solve without changing parts.

Up to traffic condition... If using MRR2, i always stick to 3rd gear for zoom zoom experience... If someone follow u constantly, u should drop to 2nd gear... 4th gear no power laaa...
